CumberlaND FAMILY ROOM

This 1,200 square foot bonus room addition provided this family the opportunity they’d been looking for to spread out a bit. A huge family room, a new bedroom, and lots of new storage were seamlessly added to the existing second floor of this high efficiency home. Spray foam insulation, energy efficient heat pumps, super insulated windows, and a new air exchange system make this space extremely comfortable in all seasons with minimal energy required.
